Flexible Work Policy

The future is wide open when work is flexible.

Our Flexible Work Philosophy

What we've learned during the COVID-19 pandemic has helped us shape, define, and evolve our work model, so that Criteo is a place where we can all thrive and do our best work together. With this in mind, we have built a flexible work approach for employees to be able to choose where they work best. We know that there are thousands of ways of working and everyone works differently, which is why we believe that results matter more than the place where the actual work gets done.

We are proud to empower our employees to build their work around their lives - not the other way around.

Our Flexible Work Policy

We recognize and support employees with their work life integration and believes that flexibility is an essential element to remain engaged, efficient, and productive. We also believe in the importance of employee contribution and results, rather than focusing on where work is being completed.

While providing more flexibility to employees, we want to ensure inclusivity of individual needs.  Work from home is based on the autonomy of the employee, mutual trust between the manager and employee, open dialogue, and transparency.

Using this approach, we aim to create a flexible company culture aligned with our values of being open, together, and impactful by:

  • Being inclusive.
  • Taking care of the well-being of all employees.
  • Encouraging and stimulating innovation.
  • Creating new opportunities for employee collaboration.
  • Involving leadership as well as employees to build a trusting culture.

Our flexible work  policy allows you to work from your home country. Criteos are given the choice to work from home or at the office. The choice is yours.
