What You'll Do:
Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the Account Strategy, US Growth team as a Senior Director/Vice President, reporting to the MD, US Growth. This key role will be responsible for leading our Growth Account Strategy team, relationships and business throughout the US region. As we evolve our business in 2023, we will continue to build strong client relationships and create new ones in Criteo.
The role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
You lead your team:
to actively upsell/cross-sell to a wide variety of existing advertisers within our Growth Segment in The US
to be committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client
to ensure a high level of customer retention. You implement tangible and concrete actions to improve customer satisfaction across the team
to drive strategies that support adoption, continued satisfaction, product expansion, customer advocacy, whilst reducing churn
You develop the team to reach financial targets and hold responsibility for reporting, forecasting, building and implementing processes.
You partner closely with the Customer Support, Campaign Management and Field Operations teams to understand strengths and challenges in the operational support of the client accounts to create best practice solutions to continually enhance our customer experience delivery.
You also work with these teams to develop strategies to significantly increase self-service adoption amongst our client base to make sure your teams can focus on the clients’ strategy and improve efficiency overall.
You maintain senior relationships with clients to influence client strategy and act as a leader in problem-solving in case of any significant issues.
Your interest in sales and the digital economy enables our clients to expand their business with Criteo’s latest advertising products and solutions.
Your understanding and interest of online media combined with your client solutions know-how shape how our existing businesses grow.
Who You Are:
A very strong track record of experience in sales leadership in revenue management roles. Management experience of managing people managers is also required.
Experience managing teams, attracting and retaining talent, and cultivating a talent pool
Experience with strategic thought leadership, with the ability to drive sales excellence and operational aptitude and improve operating models
Ability to influence, communicate, and drive change across cross-functional partners at all levels of management
Experience managing a team of managers and lead with our values; open, together, impactful

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$193,040 - $280,516Certain roles at Criteo are eligible for additional rewards, including quarterly or annual bonus and restricted stock units.
