Technical Customer Success / Integration Manager

What You'll Do:

This position is for Mabaya, an Adtech Software start-up part of Criteo that develops technologies enabling online retailers to monetize their traffic.

As our Technical Customer Success, you will be helping our clients automate their manual work, connect their software applications, resolve issues and configure integrations. Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

Every day, you will:

  • Help clients connect their software and configure the integrations.

  • Monitoring ticket queue volumes and work with the team to ensure customer issues are resolved.

  • Learn customers’ business processes and identifying work to automate our business processes.

  • Send emails, making phone calls, and holding several screen share meetings.

  • Work closely with all departments within the company to resolve any integration issues.

  • Provide support for production, platform, and operations.

  • Assist in identifying trends in software or system problems – implementing new processes as needed.

  • Document user problems, resolutions, and new solutions for future reference.

Who You Are:

As for our dream candidate:

  • You have proven work experience in the software industry in a similar role.

  • You have professional experience with SQL and ideally know Redash, Postman.

  • You have a BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.

  • You have hands-on experience with API integration.

  • You have good attention to detail and enjoy solving technical problems for customers.

  • You're able to provide step-by-step technical troubleshooting, both written and verbal.

  • You have experience working with US, APAC or EMEA clients.

  • You speak fluent English.
