What You'll Do:
Mabaya, a well-funded small company in the Retail - AdTech industry within Criteo is looking for an Account Manager with proven capabilities who can be part of the new & wider management team of the company's growth infrastructures. The Account Manager plays a strategic, professional, and operational role by managing leading eCommerce companies around the world to significant growth. The role has a great opportunity to reshape Mabaya accounting infrastructure for years to come. It will include the following tasks:
Leadership:
- Own and serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partnership relationships
Account strategy:
- Define vision & goals of the retailer of how to get to overarching numbers based on strong understanding of customer business environment, professional capabilities and structure situation
- Create focused professional plans aiming to deliver real impact
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement that are suitable to customer capabilities to meet growth targets and beyond
- New Product / Initiative adoption - Deliver strategy pitch & pricing Negotiations
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Account Management:
- Identify and develop trusted relationships across the customer company with different kind of stakeholders, from technical to executive sponsors
- Routines. set the right routines in front of customers and internally to ensure clear processing including daily monitoring and reactions, weekly meetings, monthly meetings and QBRs
- Ensure progress on high level business objectives in front of the customer stakeholders and internally
- Coordinate with the Leadership team on customer needs, roadmap and client specific support where needed. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Create and lead professional collaborations with internal teams based on business impact Assumptions
Analyzing & Documentation:
- Independently measure and analyze different aspects of customer data
- Own and create right documentation including presentations to create clarity and trust
- Content & Reports – Create clear documentation and reports which reflect both tracking &
forecasting of key account metrics to reflect account status
Communicating:
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external
stakeholders
- Revenue & KPI Monitoring - Awareness of Current Status & provide monthly recaps.
- Escalation of Issues with Clients if Necessary
Who You Are:
- Result driven - We are ambitious and always aiming to be the number 1 player in our field
- Proven background of at least 5-7 years at account management in front of
different levels of management teams
- 4+ years of direct advertising / marketing industry experience or related at the AD/AdTech or retail/RetailTech industry
- Very good communication skills (both spoken and written) in Hebrew, English, 3rd language is an advantage
- Ability to navigate and collaborate with other internal departments to produce positive results for clients and the company
- Gaining trust through professionalism, business orientation and processing
- Knows how to manage several projects and interfaces at the same time
- Has a high sense of service
- A Track record of proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to present and influence top management
Technical knowledge with the following is a must:
- Very good knowledge of Windows. Master Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with managing Big Data – advantage
- Tableau – Advantage
