Head of Agency Development, WPP, Americas

What You'll Do:

As a Head of Agency Development you will be leading the relationship and drive success with WPP/ Group M across both Retail Media and Performance Marekting solutions.

  • Manage a team looking after WPP / Group M operating companies.

  • Work with global Criteo teams to support the relationship with the overall holding company and respective operating companies.

  • Partner with brand sales, account strategy, and retail partnership teams to drive revenue and be the conduit between WPP / Group M and our retail partners.

  • Along with your team, build and/or expand the relationships with strategy, planning, client, programmatic, commerce, digital and other key agency teams .

  • Drive adoption of all Criteo solutions with all new accounts and support the discussions with existing accounts.

  • Grow and own revenue through new business development, new product adoption, and providing excellent service to existing accounts.

  • Be the voice of WPP inside Criteo and bring feedback across our go-to-market (GTM), product, and R&D teams.

  • Support the upstream/partnership level activity, as needed, surfacing key contacts and opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of digital sales and/or agency experience

  • Experience in selling complex solutions to agencies, ideally SAAS-based solutions

  • Ecommerce / Retail / Programmatic experience a plus

  • Management experience in a sales / quota driven role

  • Yearn to Hunt: you'll be tracking down key agency team contacts and most importantly, opportunity - across strategy/planning, display/investment, video, search, commerce, shopper and programmatic orgs

  • Eagerness to learn: The Retail Media space is constantly evolving so it's important to stay on top of the latest trends, competitive differentiators and latest Criteo offerings / roadmap

  • Desire to collaborate: Many of your initiatives will be working alongside Criteo Sales & Account Strategy teams so being a team player with a lack of ego is imperative

  • The ability to roll with the punches while keeping a level head and having some fun is critical

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is: ​

$140,800 - $193,600

Certain roles at Criteo are eligible for additional rewards, including quarterly or annual bonus and restricted stock units.
