What You'll Do:
Criteo internal IT is looking for a DataHub Management Product Owner ready for exploring new frontiers in our Unified Data Platform tribe (UDP).
Our Internal IT department is specifically in charge of two key supportive missions :
· providing internal IT solutions and services needed to support Criteo businesses and IT users, operations and projects in their daily lives with a fast and agile approach.
· Supporting strategic evolution of Criteo and offering smart and innovative solutions while ensuring cost efficiency, privacy, security and compliance.
Within IIT, Unified Data Platform tribe’s mission statement stands in one ambition : make Criteo Corporate data available on demand, trustworthy and intelligent, serving a wide range of stakeholders, for leaders to meet data-driven decisions and business operators to drive their activities with fresh & accurate insights.
This obviously aims at providing the best offer around our Data Platform, by promoting innovation, disruption, scalability & security to our stakeholders. From data source drilling, piping and staging to datamart shelves providing documented & secured intelligence, we ambition to build best-in class data services leveraging our Azure platform & corelated features
Main missions:
· Deliver the UDP roadmap in line with business priorities and value
· Build, plan, and prioritize UDP Product backlog in full autonomy, from collecting, prioritizing business requirements and translating them into user stories ready for development.
· Support animation of a strong Data Governance with impactful stakeholders
· Help defining Entreprise Data Model with Data Architects
· Maintain Data Catalog in collaboration with Data stewards
· Define & monitor User adoption metrics to continuously improve services
· Anticipate & Manage dependencies with other IT Product Owners
· Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful sprint completion
· Keep abreast with Agile best practices and new trends
You’ll be evolving in a day-to-day technical stack relying on:
· Cloud services: compute, network, storage, web, integration, automation
· Azure Components: Logic Apps, Azure Function, Service Bus, CosmosDB, Data Factory, API Management, Storage Account, Event Grid, Monitor, Azure Datalake
· Data management: Azure SQL, SQL Server, PowerBI, Azure Datalake Store, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Purview
… within the Criteo IS landscape which comprises of world-class solutions, such as:
· Applications: SalesForce, SAP S/4 Hana & ECC, Workday, Anaplan, Kyriba, Concur, PowerBI, …
· Collaboration Tools: Office 365 (OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, …), Slack, ServiceNow ...
Who You Are:
· At least 5+ years of functional and technical experience around Data Management components (ETL, governance, quality, architecture, modeling)
· Agile methodology have no secret for you (especially Scrum, Kanban,…)
· You successfully designed and implemented Data-driven solutions serving business stakeholders, and proficient with different Data layers (ingest, store, process, serve..)
· Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills, naturally interacting with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
· Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
· Ability to challenge business decisions
· Fluent in English (mandatory), in French (nice to have) and experience in working in an international environment
