What You'll Do:
Mabaya, a well-funded company in the Retail - AdTech industry is looking for a Business Analyst with proven capabilities who can be part of the new & wider management team of the company's growth infrastructures. As part of the account management team, your main mission will be to deliver robust, intuitive, and consumable analytical insights and reporting to empower our customer’s growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen your business & analytical skills and expand your professional experience in the dynamic environment of a global tech company in the growing retail media space. Responsibilities include the following :
Framework - Develop & Drive On-Going Performance Management
Design, develop and maintain the business performance framework that will support the Mabaya business cadence based on the relevant set of KPIs (daily, weekly, quarterly)
Deliver robust analytics & reporting to empower Mabaya Account Manager team to build and drive its commercial plan
Prepare top quality presentations for senior executive both internally and externally (customers) on finance and strategic matters
Communication - Create the effective dissemination of the information & insights
Participate in meetings & collaborate with different internal and external teams to better understand the needs and the opportunities to scale new initiatives and better define business needs
Understand the short and long term performance drivers from a range of angles to craft a comprehensive story combining main business components
Prepare and lead training classes for internal and external teams when needed
Automation
Automate as much as possible the business framework using different tools & solutions (Office, Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Python, SQL scripts)
Run strategic analysis to provide business recommendations and actions
Design and drive tactical initiatives to help commercial teams to reach their objectives
Coordinate with Mabaya AM team deploy recommendations and implementation of plan
Follow impact of changes on key performance metrics and proceed with adjustments if need be
Who You Are:
Result driven - We are ambitious and aim to be the number 1 player in our field
Previous working experience as Data/business Analyst
+3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, FP&A, Sales Operations, Consulting.
+3 years of experience in the AD/AdTech or retail/RetailTech industry
Strong analytical skills and passionate about business intelligence, data visualization, and the power of analytics
Must be eager to learn, proactive and analytical minded
Great team player with good presentation & communication skills in Hebrew, English, 3rd language is an advantage
Ability to maintain positive relationships to accomplish organizational goals in a multicultural environment. Ability to present and influence top management level
Expertise in developing and implementing streamlined processes
Ability to work autonomously, under pressure with a true passion for insights, a keen attention to details and a high sense of prioritization
Technical knowledge with the following :
Expertise in office
VBA
Power BI, SQL and Tableau
Python is a plus
