Agency Sales Manager (Nordics & Benelux)

What You'll Do:

As Agency Sales Manager on the Marketing Solutions team, and having double reporting into Country Director Spain/Head of Growth Team ES, FR and NO&BE + MD NEU Enterprise, you will be in charge of securing agency business for Criteo Marketing Solutions products.

Whilst focusing on driving revenue from an agency portfolio you must be highly effective in navigating all facets of the sales process; from prospecting, to understanding media buying cycles, navigating the client/agency stakeholder hierarchy, and through to closing the business.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in building up deep relationships with agency display, AV and biddable teams by being responsive, creative, consultative and having the right network in place.

Who You Are:

  • You will sell the Criteo Marketing Solutions proposition to leading tier-1 agencies and Independent Agencies across NO&BE.
  • Continuously prospect and pitch new clients, looking to drive the sale of new campaigns.
  • Manage agency relationships from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales.
  • Create long term agency relationships which ultimately leads to sustainable, repeating business.
  • Understand and articulate key KPIs for campaigns (e.g. ROAS, ...) and use that to fuel new business with existing agencies.
  • A vast network within the local online industry.
  • Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo quarterly objectives.
  • Proven ability to influence, persuade and negotiate in complex situations.
  • Native level in Dutch & fluent in English both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify, present and close opportunities with new clients.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate with high integrity in any situation.
