What You'll Do:
COMMUNICATION & EVENTS
Slack is our internal collaborative communication platform.
1. Internal comms
− Managing the editorial Slack calendar for DEI and Criteo Cares teams,
− Creating the SharePoint pages for the Community Groups celebrations (International Women’s Day, Earth Day, etc.),
− Editing event replays
− Creating short videos/clips to promote past events (internal and external use) like International Women’s Day, Earth Day, etc.
− Supporting community leaders and program managers in their community group animation,
− Sharing the latest updates and external resources, providing the DEI & Criteo Cares teams with content and external resources to be promoted internally,
− Writing the Slack copies for the DEI and Criteo Cares team,
− Monitoring Slack channels to ensure employee questions and comments are actioned by the right stakeholder,
− Finding fun ways to engage the employees within the community groups Slack channels,
2. Internal Virtual Events (logistics and communication)
− Managing the logistics of DEI and Criteo Cares virtual events and activities,
− Creating Outlook invites (and settings Zoom links, Addevents links, etc.),
− Creating assets for events (one pager, brief, poster, etc.),
− Scheduling Slack messages for key events – engaging with Community Leaders and Leaders on posting schedules,
3. Social Media (external) Management: Supporting the Program Manager in Social media management
− Creating the copies and liaising with the Social Media Team and DEIS team
− Filling in the forms for Social media requests
− Creating the images/videos clips for social media
− Drafting messages for Social Media purposes
4. Organizing volunteering events and projects through the platform
− Managing the logistics to strengthen engagement towards our volunteering platform
− Keeping the platform alive by adding non-profits, activities, challenges, events, etc.
− Supporting the Criteo teams for their volunteer missions (solidarity team buildings)
EDITORIAL & CREATION CONTENT
− Updating the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) SharePoint pages and decks with relevant information, policies, quarterly DEI numbers
− Creating PPT Presentations for DEI workshops
− Supporting the DEI team in the creation of content for awards/recognition processes
DEI RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
− Conduct research and analysis on DEI best practices, industry trends, and benchmarking data to inform the development of DEI strategies and initiatives.
DATA COLLECTION AND REPORTING
− Assist with collecting and analyzing data related to DEI efforts, such as employee demographics, and other relevant data, and help prepare reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
1. Logistics for DEIS and volunteering virtual events
− Overall organization (calendar)
− Weekly catch-up (and minutes)
− Retro-planning
− Creating Outlook invites (and settings zoom links, Addevents, etc.)
− Coordinating with CSR & Criteo Cares Apprentice
− Tracking documents
− Tracking attendance and membership for DEIS & volunteering events
− Managing the follow-up emails, regular Heads’Up, and tracking documents
− Managing the regular meetings and agenda
Who You Are:
Key Competencies/Skills
− Full-time apprenticeship from September (Please specify your work-study schedule in your CV/cover letter),
− Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or Communication school or equivalent,
− Fluent or native English (At Criteo, English is our working language), French is a plus but isn’t mandatory,
− Interest in video creation (i.e. PlayPlay),
− You can take initiative and be autonomous on various tasks. You naturally take ownership of any task and are accountable for any deliverables,
− You demonstrate creativity, energy, empathy, and enthusiasm,
− You are very organized and extremely diligent,
− You love to communicate, and you have excellent written communication skills,
− You have a passion for DEI/CSR topics, open-mindedness, social commitment,
− You like international work environments, and you’re able to work with a variety of stakeholders,
− You care about people, and you can stay calm and diplomatic while managing many different projects at the same time,
− You’re a ‘can do’ person, flexible and prepared to roll up your sleeves and join in for project preparation, onsite operations management, and after projects closing,
− Proficiency in Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Suite.
