What You'll Do:
As a Customer Liaison Analyst you will support Regional and Central Order to Cash (OTC) Teams to identify and resolve billing issues and any issues that prevent Collections of Criteo Receivables. You will support other Analysits to drive performance of OTC Organization and most of the work will be in Europe Region (performed in Paris time zone).
You will be working on resolution of tickets that have reached high priority levels.
You will be liaising with our account strategist sales team to understand on-going issues.
You will liaise with Billing and Customer Account Admin to help prioritize the solution of issues.
You will be managing escalations independently and know when to escalate critical cases to customer liaison leads.
You will be in control of SLA of tickets with lower priority levels.
You will be joining and supporting weekly finance calls with the commercial team.
You will be responsible of credit cards rejections file and sending
You will be responsible of ad-hoc credit cards rejections investigations
You will be providing prompt, efficient and detailed service to your internal customers.
Who You Are:
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to learn quickly in an environment in which processes continuously evolve and improve. The candidate must also be able to build strong cross-functional relationships and demonstrate exceptional analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
You have 2 years experience in Billing or Cash Collection / Cash application activities
You have strong verbal and written English communication skills (French is a plus)
You have excellent organizational and time-management skills and are a strong team player.
You are a self starter and self learner and thrive in fast paced environment.
You have experience working with excel and office package (Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus), SAP skills are a plus
This position requires availability to work in Europe time zone (Paris time)
