What You'll Do:

Our Internal IT team is are looking for an enthusiastic IT Product Owner Integration Platform & Services ready for contributing to build the best-in class Data Exchange Platform.

As an IT Product Owner, you will work within our DEX tribe and you will be in charge, in line with the company strategic roadmap, to define a product vision, to implement the roadmap and guarantee its execution by providing visibility, transparency and accountability.


What does an IT Product Owner Integration Platform & Services typical day look like?

  • Define & promote the DxP catalog of services, in line with the strategic IIT roadmap.

  • Build, plan, and prioritize DxP Product backlog in full autonomy, from collecting, prioritizing business requirements, and translating them into user stories ready for development.

  • Deliver the DxP implementation roadmap in line with stakeholders’ priorities.

  • Define & monitor User adoption metrics to continuously improve services.

  • Participate in Data Management and Integration governance with all stakeholders at Criteo.

  • Anticipate & Manage dependencies with other IT Product Owners.

  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful sprint completion.

  • Keep abreast of Agile best practices and new trends.

Who You Are:

  • At least 5+ years of functional experience in the domain of Integration Platform/Data Exchange solutions (governance, quality, architecture, modeling)

  • You successfully designed and implemented integration solutions with Mulesoft (or other Data Integration Platforms) serving business stakeholders, and proficient with different Data Integration layers (ingest, store, process, serve, ...)

  • Agile methodology has no secret for you (especially Scrum, Kanban, …)

  • Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills, naturally interacting with diverse personalities.

  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

  • Ability to challenge and influence business decisions.

  • Fluent in English (French would be a plus) and experience in working in an international environment.

The IT Department reports to the Transformation Office. We are fully Agile, Datacenter less (and almost serverless), SaaS/xaaS oriented. The Internal IT department relies on employees (mainly based in Paris, France, in Barcelona, Spain but also in the US and APAC) and on contractors (on-shore, near-shore and off-shore).

Within IIT landscape, problematics around data integration and related services are becoming more and more challenging. In order to efficiently integrate applications and distribute data IIT set up an integration layer built upon Mulesoft to offer end-to-end data exchange and platform interconnection services. From SaaS/on-prem interconnection to data exposures, the Data Exchange Platform (DxP) within the IIT department is aiming at serving the best interconnection and data interoperability services to internal & external stakeholders
