What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager you will be specializing in Forecast Process, Commercial Forecast, and Analytical P&L Projects, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and shaping the strategic direction of our organization, by collaborating in a cross-functional with other teams, mainly FP&A, Sales&Operations, and Strategic Finance, to contribute to the development and execution of robust forecasting models and other analytical frameworks. Your expertise will directly impact decision-making processes, resource allocation, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement forecasting models, methodologies, and best practices to enhance accuracy and reliability, covering both revenue and cost projections.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to elaborate commercial forecasts aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer insights.

  • As part of the Business Planning Tools and Processes team, to lead the enablement of forecasting activity by improving our systems framework, and also planning the overall forecasting and budgeting processes, with significant amount of related stakeholders.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue and cost data, leveraging statistical techniques and financial modeling to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on P&L analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive revenue growth while optimizing profitability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute analytical projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.

  • Drive the adoption and utilization of analytical tools, processes, and dashboards across the organization, fostering data-driven decision-making.

  • Monitor and evaluate forecast accuracy, commercial performance, and P&L metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ad tech advancements, and emerging forecasting methodologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders at various levels, including executive leadership, to drive alignment and inform strategic initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in forecasting processes, commercial forecasting, and P&L analysis within the ad tech or in a consulting firm.

  • Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of revenue drivers, cost structures, and financial modeling techniques.

  • Proficient in statistical analysis tools and financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Anaplan, Oracle, One Stream).

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and staying abreast of industry trends.

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and driving organizational change.
