What You'll Do:
Support Talent Management processes (Talent Review Cycle and succession planning, yearly performance assessment, goal setting…),
Support Talent Management program such as the Leadership Journey (Top Talent),
Support the Talent management team in the implementation of Talent & Performance management processes in our HRIS (Workday),
Support the Talent management team on quantitative and qualitative analysis and assessing key indicators to improve our programs,
Provide support and share information with the People Team & Managers on Talent programs,
Contribute to the change management part induce by Talent programs by communicating and supporting key stakeholders in these changes (change in process, tool, approach…),
Help design and implement the different communication strategies (to employees and to People Team).
Who You Are:
Available for an internship of minimum 6 months,
Curious and raising an interest in talent management and human resources,
Proactive mindset, not afraid of raising questions, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges,
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion,
At ease with data and enjoying solving problems,
You can build strong & trustful relationships with the people you work with,
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team,
Very good level of English,
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
