What You'll Do:

The Product Expertise team works with various groups in the organization. We collaborate with the internal teams* who design and build our products, and our partner-facing** teams who strengthen our product suite offering. At the same time, we interface with client-facing teams*** who leverage our product solutions to prepare, launch, optimize and maintain advertising campaigns. First, we build our expertise thanks to a close relationship with these internal and partner-facing teams. In turn, our mission is to enable client-facing teams to scale and adapt as our products evolve and their market adoption grows. We achieve this with learning programs and a knowledge-building cycle (documentation and level-2 support), influencing product improvements, and managing roll-out or decommissioning projects. Because our technology and solutions are diverse, product experts get to strengthen and expand their proficiency across technologies, commerce environments, marketing channels, creative and outcomes.

We are currently looking for candidates interested in building expertise around Criteo’s creatives and in enabling our delivery teams – mainly client-facing Creative teams – to provide clients with compelling and performing creative formats across display, native and video that are based on emerging trends and customer habits, and that align with their brand.

  • Acquire and turn technical & functional product knowledge into documentation and training for our client-facing teams.

  • Prepare processes and tools enabling the most appropriate use of our creative capabilities and solutions.

  • Manage the operational deployment of new products/features via actionable insights, processes, reports, and tools.

  • Answer product information requests and help troubleshoot and fix escalated issues.

  • Coordinate efforts among internal teams, ensuring issue resolution, and providing ongoing communication across teams.

  • Analyze recurring issues and look for long-lasting solutions (docs, processes, tooling) to maintain a lean escalation pipe.

  • Drive technical and/or product data migrations and feature decommission projects with all relevant stakeholders.

  • Provide relevant inputs into the product improvement roadmap with business cases gathered from the field.

  • Help in the design of new features, test new development releases, and provide immediate feedback.

  • Track product performance, both adoption rate and outcome for clients, and look for levers of improvements.
