What You'll Do:
- Map existing global and regional sales compensation processes both high level (RACI) and in detail to pin point overall similarities and divergencies.
- Focus on developing and implementing a strong foundation of processes and controls that will help ensure smooth business continuity of sales compensation.
- Lead process improvement projects that are medium and large in complexity, impact, and scale to improve efficiency and quality
- Identify and set standards of a scalable communication plan with roles and responsibilities, email content templates, hard deadlines, automatic reminders, up to date distribution lists, (..)
- Implement a continuous improvement mindset within the team and its close stakeholders
- Set up proactive monitoring process with postmortems and proper follow up through jira
Who You Are:
- Possess prior experience of 2 to 5 years in the process excellence role within sales operations with hands-on work done on reduction of time to execute, improving experience and efficiency.
- Proven experience in Anaplan software and SQL language
- Expertise in Salesforce and/or analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Good at balancing many topics at once and in prioritizing.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in lean management
- Can regularly demonstrate strong critical thinking and are good at real-time decision-making.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders of various nationalities and teams to drive the desired level of performance.
- Fluent in English is a requirement
