What You'll Do:
Provide support to the Infrastructure teams regarding the procure-to-pay processes through SAP and associated Toolings :
Follow Purchase Requests And Orders and ensure their conformity with our processes.
Request extension and modification of Purchase Orders for recurring costs according to contractual terms and Infrastructure strategy.
Perform Good Receipt of Hardware equipment in the system based on available information from Vendors and Data Center Teams.
Resolve blocked invoices by taking corrective actions in the system while communicating with Vendor and Infrastructure teams.
Provide support to the Infrastructure team regarding the cost monitoring Tools :
Update Cost monitoring database with technical data gathered from internal sources
Ensure Cost monitoring database accuracy via punctual checks and corrections if needed
Who You Are:
Fluent in English & French.
You are enrolled in school for study in France.
Your school could provide an apprenticeship contract.
Real appetite for IT and innovation and ideally first internship/apprenticeship related to IT - Nerds are more than welcome;
Dare to challenge statu quo, aiming at improving process and tooling
Figures, Excel and PowerBi will be your best friends;
Interested in web/tech business;
Ready to work in a fast pace, multi-team and global environment.
