What You'll Do:

As Criteo continues to scale and explore new areas of growth, we are seeking an intern with strong business acumen and outstanding analytical skills to support the America’s commercial Org.

This is an internship based in Sao Paulo, as part of the Americas Sales Strategy & Operations team reporting to Head of Sales Operations – Americas.

Working hand-in hand with the entire Sales Operations team in Americas, you will act as trusted partner on a wide range of topics, ranging from transformational projects to business analysis, while also covering our reporting needs.

Namely, you will work to improve the operational efficiency of Sales Compensation processes (ie: Target Setting, Accruals, Achievements) by supporting Regional Sales Ops in their daily activities through a tailored Compensation tool (Anaplan).

Contribute to the on-going adaptation of Criteo’s Compensation Philosophy throughout the year by making efficient analysis and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Support Regional Sales Ops in executing quarterly processes such as Accruals, Achievements, SPIFF, Target Setting and Tiering processes.

  • Assist our lead Regional Compensation Analyst with process improvement projects such as creating training materials, building out Confluence page, iterating on Excel worksheets to capture vital field information, etc.

  • Synthesize feedback to the optimize current dashboards/tools which either facilitate the daily life of the sales ops teams or to highlight new insights.

  • Support the team through recurring transformation projects

Who You Are:

  • · Excellent speaking and writing in English (all communications & meetings are in English)

    · You’re proactive, a fast learner, and have a great sense of team spirit

    · Interest in Consulting, Data Analysis, Sales Operations or Finance

    · Exceptional organizational skills and project management skills; ability to manage several work streams and projects at once

    · Interest in working within a complex environment (international, data driven, matrix organization)

    · Advanced Excel skills to manipulate large volume of data; Anaplan and SQL is a +

    · Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work with Finance, HR, Legal, Sales Leadership and Sales Operations

    · Above all, you’re not afraid to go outside of your comfort zone, you’re proactive, a fast learner, and have a great sense of team spirit
