What You'll Do:
The Creative team has the role of designing banners and performing maintenance tasks to meet Criteo client expectations and optimize their performance. Within the Creative team you’ll be responsible for performing creative design requests, according to the process and the related service level. You will also be tasked with ensuring client advertiser success through daily design creation, maintenance, and improvements of campaigns.
This role is based in our Creative Services Hub in India. As this role supports Criteo’s global business, work hours will be between 12:30 pm IST – 9:30 pm IST.
Work with cross-functional teams on seamless design and implementation of highly scalable dynamic ad display campaigns
Provide successful creative solutions that align with both client and business needs
Independently manage workload, adhering to our Creative OLAs and task levels
Use Jira as the main tool for task management, workflow and internal communication
Understand and adapt to emerging tools, technologies, and best business practices
Who You Are:
2-year institute degree in Art or Graphic Design related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (portfolio required)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator)
Excellent understanding of graphic design and design principles
Ability to develop designs consistent with brand look and feel with a keen eye for visual details and accuracy
Ability to work in a high-volume production environment, prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines
Solid organization and communication skills
Fluency in English
Experience in the creation of animated/video banners
Proficiency with Sketch/Figma
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with a strong interest in e-commerce
