What You'll Do:
The Financial Analyst role is based in our Sao Paulo office, and covers entities in North America in all aspects of Accounting Analysis and Reconciliations and to connect with other Teams Performing the operations Payroll, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Tax, Bank, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable as well with our Corporate Controlling Team.
You will be the point person for the Regional Finance Controller Americas (USA, Canada, Brazil) in working through all Reconciliations and making sure to follow up on open topics, accounting analysis, reporting information.
- Perform Account analysis of all Balance Sheet Accounts
- Perform Variation analysis of Balance Sheet and P&L
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual Accounting Close process
- Build Aging Reports
- Support in Rebate calculations
- Perform Controls
- Assist other groups to provide information required for Audits and Tax Inspections
- Proactively reach out to other Teams to recommend items to be cleared and follow up on open topics
- Ad-hoc analysis
- Support Regional Finance Controller in the preparation and review of the Tax Calculations
- Knowledge in US GAAP and US Taxes is a plus
Who You Are:
- Bachelor degree required in Accounting, Finance or Business
- 4-5 years Experience in Accounting (CPA and/or Ad tech industry is a plus)
- Strong knowledge and skills of MS Office package, particularly Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to Identify issues and follow-up with the proper resolution handling multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus
