What You'll Do:

Overview of the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Strategist, SEA to join our Account Strategy team in Singapore.
The ideal candidate should have a background in the digital industry and retail media. This is an account management role designed to grow and maintain existing relationships with clients by leveraging experience and knowledge of the platform to provide strategic recommendations and solutions to existing and future initiatives.

This individual will be asked to use their analytical skills and creativity manage Accounts with quarterly reviews, and triaging data pain points. They will also be asked to maintain and monitor their portfolio of clients and provide strategic plans and recommendations to grow the business and prove the value proposition of the platform to be stronger year over year.

What You'll Do

  • Effectively manage relationships with top SEA Retail Media Accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.

  • Drive regular client meetings in the advertiser’s organization

  • Ownership of the contact, event, and deal information for all client data in the CRM tool

  • Aggressively grow Retail media revenue.

  • Optimize account toward improved account performance for the customer.

  • Make recommendations.

  • Sales support and activity reporting

  • Maintenance of data integrity with in-house sales tools

  • Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo’s service

  • Serve as internal escalation point for any operational issues

  • Work closely with Ad Operations, Analytics and Finance teams

  • Encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo’s products and services

Who You Are:


  • BA/BS university degree.

  • 2 to 4 years proven experience in direct client relationships in online performance media (affiliate, emailing, search etc.)

  • Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention.

  • Experience & knowledge to manage and grow accounts in SEA markets

  • Ability to assess and resolve clients/agency issues encountered in the role and up-sell new products.

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving and ad ops would be an advantage.
