What You'll Do:

  • Act as a trusted client advisor, providing remote support and using your understanding of their business and digital marketing dynamics to develop innovative solutions to exceed their expectations.
  • Promote the many benefits our products offer and identify the features that will help our clients to achieve their goals.
  • Prioritise client engagement and implement retention strategies to maximise revenue growth, identify high potential opportunities and give our clients the edge.
  • Create opportunities for business growth through sound bid management, optimisation strategies and proactively identifying ways to communicate new features.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with our commercial and operational teams, so you can confidently lead client meetings and develop solutions that solve problems, overcome challenges and drive the future success of our clients.
  • Upsell new products, renegotiate KPIs and secure incremental budgets using a consultative sales approach

Who You Are:

  • Analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Account management experience.
  • Experience working at agency in the Brazilian market and/or agency management in a tech company.
  • Experience in video and DSPs is a plus.
  • English speaking
  • Fluent/Advanced Portuguese and English (reading, writing and conversation) is really important
