What You'll Do:
As part of Criteo's Group Consolidation team, you will assist the Group consolidation Director to provide results and analysis for both management and external communication. Your main missions will be the following :
- Prepare under SOX, consolidation entries according to US GAAP (monthly) and IFRS (yearly)
- Reconcile intercompany transactions
- Perform transversal analysis, on a rotational basis : Balance Sheet / P&L / Cash Flow Statements / Financial Result / Working Capital
- Prepare the monthly CFO presentation deck including reviews/comments on consolidated financial statements
- Work closely with the Central Controlling team and the Finance Shared Services to ensure accuracy and the timely reporting of SAP-BFC packages
- Prepare disclosures in Workiva for all public requirements including Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K and Annual IFRS Report Statements
- Work on the preparation of estimates : IAS 19 Pensions / IFRS 2 Share-based compensation / Earnings per Share
- Work closely with the Investor Relation Team to ensure accuracy of external disclosures
- Help automate and improve existing processes
- Work closely with the Corporate Finance teams on transversal projects : post-acquisition, reporting tool maintenance
Who You Are:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance with a solid first experience in accounting
- Experience in a consolidation department or accounting firm (Big Four) in IFRS or US GAAP environment, with SEC reporting and consolidation focus.
- Knowledge of SAP-BFC is a plus
- Great analytical skills : .xls and .ppt
- Fluent in English and French
- Multi-tasking and ability to work against tight deadlines
- Willingness to improve financial skills and acquire new technical skills in Accounting Standards and consolidation within an international environment
- Highly organized, autonomous and rigorous
- Good communication skills
- Team spirit and ability to work in process mode with clear responsibilities and accountabilities
