What You'll Do:
As a Finance Systems Manager, you will be owning certain components of Company’s financial systems and will be providing support and analytical data to the Finance Integration Leader as well as to stakeholders within the Finance organization and throughout Criteo. You will leverage tools such as NetSuite, SAP, slicer (proprietary Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tool), Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
Your tasks will be to ensure that the following is completed:
Recurring: NetSuite landscape maintenance and modernization, data integrations and process support; Collaboration with geographically dispersed cross functional teams, including FP&A, Internal IT, Accounting, Tax; Leverage finance, business and systems knowledge to maintain and optimize data structures and related operational processes; Perform user acceptance testing to ensure data/process consistency and integrity before any financial system changes are implemented
Monthly / Quarterly End Closing: setting up data reporting for various stakeholders (customer/vendor data extracts, transaction data extracts, change monitoring), as needed
Master Data:
Oversee and support Master Data structures in NetSuite (Customer, Vendor, Transactions)
Access to NetSuite dedicated support and tech resources as needed
Who You Are:
4+ years minimum experience in billing, operations, data analytics or audit
Bachelor’s degree
Strong analytical skills
Able to simplify sophisticated problems and issues in an easy-to-understand manner
Consistent record of participation in ambitious projects, working closely with cross-functional teams
Results driven
Highly organized and autonomous
Excellent communication and verbal skills
Dynamic and Flexible approach to work
Strong excel skills, including pivot tables
Adtech industry experience is a plus
Fluent English – any other languages is a plus
Nice to haves:
Excel Macro, Visual Basic or script language experience
Specific experience with NetSuite implementation
Lucid Chart or process flow chart design
