What You'll Do:

  • Primary Account & Relationship owner across SMB through to ASX Listed retailers

  • Proactively grow Criteo revenue to meet growth targets and maximise retention of clients

  • Develop strong Criteo x Agency partnerships, growing the revenue and number of partner clients with these agencies

  • Build long lasting trusted-advisor relationships with client & agency stakeholders

  • Develop Account Plans & Media Plans for direct clients & agency partners

  • Present quarterly strategic media plans to “Head of” and/or C-Suite stakeholders

  • Optimise media activity and media mix to generate improved value & results for the client/agency

  • Regulary meet with clients to ensure strategy execution is meeting client expectations

  • Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo’s Solutions

  • Encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo’s products and services

Who You Are:

  • At least 3 years proven experience in direct client relationships in Advertising, Marketing and/or Technology

  • Demonstrated track record of innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention and offering outstanding customer service

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills

  • Ability to assess and resolve client issues & objections encountered in the role

  • Strong data analysis & data/insights interpretation skills

Meet our Criteos in Australia!

We hired our first Criteo in Australia back in 2011 and have significantly grown our presence across the local market since then! Today, our Australian team stands for a close knit group of 30 Criteos distributed across Sydney and Melbourne. Over eight nationalities are represented through our Australian team only; Diversity is the key to opening our minds and our futures. Though our positions in Australia are mainly sales based, you'll also find a few opportunities in operations and support areas.
