What You'll Do:
Criteo is committed to sustainable business practices and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Product Manager to lead and champion sustainability initiatives for products within Criteo.
The Sustainability Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining and executing strategies to reduce our environmental impact and drive sustainability across our product offerings.
I) Sustainability Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Product sustainability strategy and roadmap for Criteo, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company sustainability goals.
Carbon Footprint Reduction: Lead efforts to measure and reduce the carbon footprint of our products and ad campaigns. Implement strategies to increase energy efficiency and reduce carbon.
Product Sustainability: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability considerations into the design and development of our digital advertising products. Identify and prioritize sustainable features and improvements.
II) Sustainability Reporting:
Prepare sustainability reports that transparently communicate our progress, achievements, and goals to internal and external stakeholders.
III) Project Management:
Work closely with the Global Sustainability team (corporate), the Sustainability working group (with R&D, Client Solutions, etc.) and represent Product at the Sustainability Committee.
Build and lead a dedicated Product sustainability working group and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sustainability initiatives effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry organizations, to promote sustainability efforts and gather feedback.
IV) Innovation and Compliance:
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant sustainability regulations and standards in the Adtech industry. Ensure that our products and operations comply with these requirements.
Identify and evaluate emerging sustainable technologies, trends, and opportunities in the Adtech industry. Drive innovation in sustainable product development.
Engage in industry partnerships and keep abreast of emerging technologies and practices that can make advertising processes more sustainable.
Who You Are:
Strong knowledge of Adtech industry trends and technologies.
Relevant experience in sustainability management, product management, or related roles, with a track record of successfully integrating sustainability into products or services.
Great understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and carbon footprint reduction strategies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to set and achieve goals within specified timelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven analytical skills to measure and report on sustainability metrics.
