What You'll Do:

CRITEO is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Product Engineering team at the heart of Criteo's business.

At CRITEO, we are on a mission to revolutionize the creative capabilities offered to our clients across our commerce media platform. By joining the Creator group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the landscape of Internet advertising and you will have the opportunity to work on projects that impact billions of users worldwide.

  • Design and deploy scalable and high-performance machine learning algorithms that power the critical components that fuel the generation of our advertisement creatives.

  • Contribute to develop further our AI capabilities for creatives in Google’s Privacy Sandbox proposals within CRITEO's creative ecosystem, which represents a fundamental shift in internet advertising practices.

  • Gather and analyze data, identify key prediction/classification problems and devise solutions.

  • In a multi-cultural team, you will be encouraged to drive your project, design and ensure that best practices are applied in collaboration with your teammates. You are encouraged to actively voice your ideas whilst learning how to build and ship quality solutions into production which will affect billions of users instantly.

  • Work with many other engineering teams to develop long-term roadmaps, ML models, designs and architectures to scale this infrastructure to meet product and business requirements.

Who You Are:

  • You have a master's degree/PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science or a related quantitative field.

  • You have experience deploying ML in production and have an interest in doing that.

  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derivate actionable insights to drive decision-making.

  • You have experience with a wide range of traditional and state-of-the-art machine learning techniques. A plus if you have experience/interest in Deep Learning/Computer Vision and Generative models.

  • You can work with cross-functional teams to define ML project requirements and objectives, making sure they align with company business goals.

  • You have experience in development in at least one mainstream programming language (Python, Java, C++, C#, etc.).

  • You are skilled in sourcing, cleaning, manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data, ideally in a Hadoop programming environment.

  • You have good communication skills, both written and oral.
