  • Lead user research activities and usability studies with internal users to pinpoint their needs.

  • Take charge of identifying user goals, analyzing their behavior and determining pain points; practice design thinking principles by defining, ideating, prototyping, testing and finally implementing the right solution for users.

  • Run brainstorm sessions, generate ideas and create wireframes, user flows and prototypes to effectively solve user problems using rapid iterations.

  • Create high-quality, cohesive and well-researched design applications using a broad mix of both qualitative and quantitative insights

  • Closely collaborate with product managers and engineers, as well as leadership and stakeholders to ensure OKRs are being achieved.

  • Work closely with Criteo’s design system and contribute to it.

  • Present concepts and clearly articulate design decisions to a diverse set of stakeholders.

Who You Are:

Criteo is seeking an experienced, hands-on UX Designer to join the Global Automation team, whose mission is to help the company to scale its operations while enhancing the efficient delivery of value to clients. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Product Director, and you will play a key role in building, optimizing and harmonizing our internal applications with the aim of empowering Criteo's commercial and operations teams to deliver the best-in-class service to clients.

You will have the opportunity to closely collaborate with talented product managers, product specialists, software engineers and other UX designers in a multicultural and dynamic work environment to deliver user-centered designs that elevate our internal products, and ultimately help drive a significant impact on our business.

Profile we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a UX designer, which includes previous experience in leading user research.

  • You have experience working collaboratively alongside cross-functional teams of product managers and developers.

  • You are a design thinker who conceptualizes and creates comprehensive applications for users, covering the entirety of the user journey.

  • You have a hands-on, creative and analytical approach to problem solving.

  • You are dynamic and versatile and have demonstrated the ability to navigate ambiguity, working autonomously in fast-paced environments.

  • You instinctively apply user-centered design concepts, principles, methods, tools and techniques to enable quality design outcomes with attention to detail.

  • Strong presentation skills to effectively present your work and ability to clearly articulate design decisions.

  • You are proactive and curious, pitching ideas and taking the initiative to foster alignment with team members and stakeholders.

  • You are comfortable working with Component libraries and Design systems and are proficient working with design tools such as Figma.

  • You are fluent in English and comfortable using it as your default written and spoken language.

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • Experience working on productivity and/or internal applications for Account Management/Sales teams as a UX designer

We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
