What You'll Do:

Mission: Partner with commercial teams, data governance office and internal IT to boost sales efficiency by delivering data management policies focused on sales process and tools. Drive data excellence to maximize Sales Tech stack ROI.

About the role:

You are an experienced Data Owner that drives implementation of effective data management practices for Criteo’s CRM solution. You’ll be acting as a trusted partner to our internal commercial organization and our technical department, by developing a data management strategy used for data migrations and data transformation. Using high-level skills in analytics, you will draw conclusions according to the data, and propose actionable solutions to enhance data reliability, accuracy, and completeness.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and enforce policies for effective data management.

  • Develop techniques that allow for collection of high-quality data, while ensuring adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data.

  • Identify limitations for good data management and solve challenges using advanced problem-solving skills, escalating complex issues to leaders as needed.

  • Devising and implementing efficient and secure procedures for data management and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.

  • Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them.

  • Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data quality.

Who You Are:

  • A thorough and proven understanding of data administration and management functions. A good business mindset or experience working with commercial teams is a plus.

  • Familiar with modern, high-tech databases and IT systems. Experience with a CRM is a must, having Salesforce experience is preferred. Any knowledge on building a brand-new CRM is an advantage.

  • Strong computer skills and ability to use necessary databases and software.

  • Proficient at digesting, understanding, and analyzing large amounts of data.

  • Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in nontechnical terms. Your analytical background gives you the ability to structure and execute complex analysis and synthetize into clear insights.

  • Excellent English (speaking and writing) and ability to liaise with and present to senior stakeholders.

We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
