As Financial Controller, you are responsible for controlling and reviewing the financial information and ensuring statutory, tax and legal compliance of several legal entities in EMEA. This will include:

  • Accounting controlling for Legal entities in Scope:

  • Quarterly review of financial statements (US GAAP),

  • Financial Reporting analytical review (preparation + analysis),

  • Deep dive on certain BS areas / unusual items,

  • Non standard commercial transactions review (606),

  • Regular teamwork with the Finance Shared Services, consolidation, tax and legal teams,

  • Responsible for reviewing statutory financial statements and presenting them to Boards of Directors,

  • Organization of the statutory annual financial statements’ audits,

  • Coordination with local tax advisors and local auditors & coordination of local stat filings including surveys

  • Ad-hoc contribution to finance-related projects

  • Business partnering and projects management:

  • Partner with regional managing directors, leadership team and FP&A on the overall finance and business management of the region

  • Contribute to finance/legal/tax related projects to support environment evolution and company’s evolution and growth (organic or acquisition).

  • Tax, legal and SOX compliance:

  • Assistance to the Tax audits (if any),

  • Review and sign off on Corporate income tax returns,

  • Performance of SOX controls related to Income tax

Who You Are:

  • Master in Accounting and Finance is required (CPA or equivalent is a plus)

  • Strong excel and power point skills (SAP skill is a plus)

  • At least 5 years of experience in Public Accounting (Big 4 preferred) -experience in the New Technology and Digital Marketing industries is a plus.

  • Must be well organized and analytical. Good team player. Self-driven and curious

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), French/Spanish is a plus

  • Willing to work in a fast moving, complex international environment.
