Account Payable Processing Clerk (6 months FTC)

What You'll Do:

Invoice Processing

  • Book invoices within 48 hours ensuring date accuracy and SOX compliance
  • Follow-up Readsoft invoice approvals and regularly remind approvers
  • Ensure bank details and payment terms accuracy and work together with Vendor Master Data team
  • Vendor accounts cleaning (direct debits, downpayments, debit/credit balances…)
  • Report all SAP mis-behaviours

Vendor Management:

  • Responsible for several Criteo entities from all over the world
  • Keep supplier email boxes up-to-date to be able to deal with disputes and issues in timely manner
  • Offer excellent quality service to all external and internal correspondents
  • Regularly remind AP procedures whenever necessary to all external and internal correspondents

Payment runs

  • Prepare and issue payment proposals according to Treasury payment calendar
  • Check all invoices are paid within contracted payment terms and proposal data is 100% correct
  • Follow-up downpayments, payment rejections and investigate the reasons

Closing

  • Take into consideration all period closing deadlines
  • Provide all required information to GL Analytics team

Who You Are:

  • Good written and oral level of English compulsory
  • Good SAP knowledge
  • At least one year experience in Accounts Payable
  • Strong team spirit and good communication
  • Be available, diplomatic and patient in all situations
  • Positive attitude for great team cohesion and performance
  • Continuous improvement mindset to help enhance processes

Criteo came to spring off of a few great minds, back in 2005. From the start-up incubator to the global company we are now, Criteo has grown, standing now for 37 offices and further coworking spaces across the globe. In France, we welcome around 1,000 Criteos in our two spacious and collaborative hubs of Paris and Grenoble.
