- Proactively identify and implement processes, SLAs and tools improvements, in order to maintain our operational excellence.
As contributor, you will:
- Develop innovative analyses and methodologies to measure brands & retailers performance, from design to presentation, thanks to our expertise in turning data into actionable insights (statistical thinking, A/B testing, data visualization…)
- Frequently interact with commercial teams and clients to share data-driven recommendations and insights about their marketing efforts, and identify analytical, tooling and reporting needs from them.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Criteo Retail Media solutions, technology, and position in the marketplace, as they evolve.
Who You Are:
- You are passionate about data, and want to work with leading edge technologies in the online industry.
- You have management experience, preferably within an international context, and in a fast-growing, technology driven environment.

- You have the soft skills to work with all personality types in a dynamic environment.
- You have a passion for learning, keen intellectual curiosity, and the ability to structure and solve difficult problems with minimal supervision.
- You have exceptional attention to detail, while still being able to see the big picture.
- A background in e-commerce, consulting or in the AdTech industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
