What You'll Do:
The Global Retail Media Strategy team supports the development and execution of our near- and long-term retail media strategy. We drive data-driven decisions by developing business cases and strategic evaluations of new opportunities which will feed into roadmap prioritization decisions.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to help shape our strategy by analyzing internal business data, generating actionable insights, and driving fact-based decision-making. In this very key role, you will report to the Strategy and Revenue Acceleration Director, and work hand in hand with various teams and regions in the company.
Criteo’s high-growth business model brings both opportunities and challenges. The ideal candidate functions with minimal oversight and has the ability to learn new concepts quickly. Your tasks will include (but are not limited to) :
- Analyze internal business data to provide actionable insights into our performance and development opportunities. As we continuously face trade-off decisions, you will play a key role in conducting analytical exercises to assess the relative value of different investments.
- Evaluate the impact of critical Product needs: we receive critical and time sensitive escalations from business teams, that you will help quantify and challenge against others to ensure proper prioritization and avoid distractions of Product teams. You will also contribute to sizing the impact of feature needs as part of client RFP processes to help drive data-based priorities.
- Success measurement: you will monitor through business KPIs the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and projects, to allow adjustment and further opportunities identification
- You will also help with the development of ad-hoc analyses and presentations, providing greater support to the Strategy team in making informed, fact-based decisions
- Collaborate closely with other teams (Product, R&D, Commercial, Operations teams…) and contribute to strategic cross-functional projects
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Criteo Retail Media products and technologies as they evolve
Who You Are:
- You have proven experience in Data Analytics in a high growth environment
- You have a passion for data-driven decision-making and product/process optimization
- Outstanding analytical skills: passion for translating data-speak into relevant, compelling stories combined with the ability to distill quantitative concepts into easily understandable formats for all levels of the organization
- Fluency in the core toolkit of Data Analytics: proficiency in SQL is required, Python is a real asset.
- High caliber profile: you are a fast learner, top performer and want to take on

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic about working cross-functionally to achieve common objectives
- You are fluent in English
