What You'll Do:
The role is uniquely positioned to enhance our operational efficiency, elevate client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through insightful data-driven decision-making. This position serves as a bridge between business and engineering, aligning efforts to develop effective advertising strategies.
What you'll do:
Discover insights that will guide strategic decisions on platform roadmap and uncover optimization opportunities for advertising performance campaigns.
Design & conduct A/B tests, and develop dashboards/reports/alerting tools for performance evaluation.
Work closely with the AdOps team to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
Proactive collaboration with R&D on platform buying optimization
Proactive collaboration with the engineering team on product development
Troubleshooting (both - technical and business)
Participate in external calls with the clients on request
Who You Are:
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
3+ years of experience in digital advertising and/or marketing
Successful experience with campaign optimization, solid understanding of performance advertising.
Knowledge of SQL & Python
Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques and how they can be applied to business goals.
English - upper intermediate level, other languages are a huge plus.
Self-management skills, critical thinking, proactiveness.
