What You'll Do:
Criteo is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join the Global Automation team, whose mission is to help the company scale its operations while enhancing the efficient delivery of value to clients. The Global Automation team is organized across multiple product teams, each led by a Product Manager and comprising of engineers, designers, and product specialists.
Reporting directly to the Product Director, you will lead a cross-functional team to build, optimize, and harmonize internal applications and processes. This role will specifically focus on streamlining internal alerting and troubleshooting of campaign issues, ensuring faster resolution and safeguarding revenue, while empowering Criteo’s commercial and operations teams to deliver best-in-class service to clients.
Define and champion a long-term vision for the product, aligning with the company's overarching goals and inspiring teams to execute with excellence.
Develop and deliver a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap to make this vision a reality.
Foster collaboration across international teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and driving collective progress towards shared objectives.
Deeply understand user needs by conducting user research, gathering feedback and analyzing data to continuously identify areas of opportunity.
Own the product backlog, define user stories and requirements, and prioritize tasks with a clear “why” using a data-driven approach that incorporates both qualitative and quantitative insights.
Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, while maintaining a relentless focus on delivering value to users and stakeholders.
Establish ambitious OKRs for the team, set and monitor key success metrics, and regularly evaluate the impact of product initiatives on business outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed.
Drive alignment and buy-in across the organization for product initiatives, serving as a vocal advocate for your product portfolio and its strategic importance.
Who You Are:
At least 4+ years of product management experience, preferably including experience working in Adtech and/or internal applications.
Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams and stakeholders towards a shared vision.
Proven track record of tackling complex business challenges, showing the ability and initiative to define the right solutions, and successfully navigate ambiguity across a large organization to achieve results.
Relentless customer focus and UX mindset with proven ability to solve intricate user problems and deliver intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
Proficient in agile product development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence, with a desire to continuous improvement and adaptation.
Entrepreneurial mindset focused on results, demonstrated through a proactive approach to problem-solving, driving innovation, and delivering measurable impact.
Strong analytical abilities, you are comfortable using SQL, and you religiously rely on data for decision-making.
You are dynamic, versatile, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
You are fluent in English and fully comfortable using it as your default written and spoken language.
