What You'll Do:
- Help the Global Reporting Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Proactively identify and collect analytical, tooling and reporting needs from different stakeholders – Client Solutions, Sales Operations, Global Sales Compensation etc.
- Participate in the building process of a quarterly roadmap, based on leadership / end users business needs, in order to deliver upon the BI strategy
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Commercial POD team, including project management and performance management
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design and develop BI solutions, and deliver actionable insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and technologies, and make recommendations for new tools and approaches that could improve our BI capabilities
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in BI solutions by developing and maintaining data quality controls and processes
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Excellence, Sales Ops., Sales Strategy and IIT Teams to continuously improve the customer centricity, enhance functionality for the sales users and maximize reporting outputs
- Train and mentor team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality BI solutions
- Communicate BI insights and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Who You Are:
- At least 4-5 years of experience working within BI, Data analytics or sales operations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science etc.) or in Business, Finance with equivalent practical experience
- Previous management experience is a plus
- SQL proficiency is required
- Experience working with PowerBi
- Experience in CRM-Analytics is a strong plus
- Background in any of the following is a plus: Python, Tableau, Vertica, Hive/Hadoop, MS SQL Studio
- Keen intellectual curiosity and ability to structure & solve complex problems in an autonomous way
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with an ability to see the big picture
- Thorough conceptual and practical understanding of relational databases, data architecture/governance, and real-world application of statistical concepts
- Combining technical skills, passion for learning and the ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
