What You'll Do:
In the Procurement Department, and as part of the Global Category Team reporting to the IT Procurement Manager in charge of Internal IT, R&D and Insurance, your role will be to manage the following categories → IT Outsourcing, Ad-hoc IT/R&D contractors and All Non-Enterprise IT related SaaS (such as : Sales & marketing, Database management software, Identity Access Management, Network…). We are therefore looking for our new Senior IT Buyer. - Developing sourcing strategies for : Software to streamline them as much as possible, Outsourcing & Contractors in order to make sure it is well optimized (Nearshore/ Offshore)
- Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to reduce total costs and risks
- Leading RFx, and achieving cost savings through negotiations
- Organize internal coordination of RFPs between different engaged teams: Business, IIT, Trust & Compliance, Legal and FP&A
- Developing and maintain metrics to hold suppliers accountable for performance and delivery
- Contributing to improve Procure-to-Pay processes and tools to drive efficiency and added value services across business and Finance teams
- High capacity to handle different and numerous projects in parallel while doing good prioritization
- Communicating appropriately and establishing strong partnership with internal business stakeholders and with suppliers
- Analyzing category data and metrics to enforce Procurement category strategies and understanding customers’ needs and concerns, across categories and regions, to influence customers’ priorities
- Leading Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with strategic suppliers and with internal stakeholders to ultimately improve supplier performance and to strengthen business partnerships

Who You Are:
- Master in Business (or equivalent), Procurement & Supply Chain or Engineering
- Significant experience in a Procurement organization performing vendor management, contract management, negotiating complex purchases, and running RFx
- Mandatory experience related to SW and services/contractors
- Strong leader who can drive category strategies and build strong relationships and trust with key stakeholders while challenging the status quo
- Knowledgeable about the supply market and supplier capabilities, technically and geographically
- Demonstrated ability as a Project Manager who can prioritize workload and manage complex projects within cost and schedule
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Collaborative, but also work with significant autonomy
- Fluent in English
- Out of the box thinking and curiosity are must have
- Capacity to leverage external networking to bring best practices
