What You'll Do:
Criteo is looking for a Senior Identity Engineer to join our Platfrom Tribe within the Internal IT Department.
The Internal IT Departement is a centralized function within Criteo, and managed as one global community with common goals, processes and ways of working. IIT has successfully adopted an AGILE “Spotify like” organization framework and processes. Internal IT department encompasses End-user services, End-user support, infrastructure and data services, and business application services for all Criteo employees and Criteo departments.
The main mission of the Platform tribe’s mission is to allow the integration of the products delivered by IIT tribes for Criteo by ensuring availability and evolution of the IIT platforms.
As an Identity Engineer, you will :
Handle complex requests respecting security and architecture standards
Prepares and implements the technical change accordingly with Criteo process (approval / review)
Is the main point of contact in case of escalation on identity related incidents
Works on projects in collaboration with the “Identity tech lead” in the tribe
Participate in designing the right solutions to answer business needs in alignment with Criteo and IIT priorities: HLD, POC, LLD
Build of the solutions: Pilot & Test phase
Participate to the vision of our identity services with definition/appropriateness of the needs
Brainstorms to identify solutions/opportunities for improvments
Works in collaboration with Criteo identity teams on R&D side (directories synchronization, provisioning) and other IIT tribes with interdependencies with Identity
Who You Are:
You hold an MSc degree or equivalent (Bac+5) and have at least 5 years of experience in major identity projects as an engineer.
You enjoy working in an international environment and culture.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken (fluency in French is a plus).
You aim to create the best possible identity experience for users.
You understand that “identity” is the core of an Information System.
You enjoy brainstorming to find secure, simple, efficient, and resilient solutions.
You thrive on integrating solutions to work seamlessly together.
You have a preference for Microsoft and Sailpoint products and services.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills, adapting to be collaborative, assertive, diplomatic, or supportive as needed.
You are passionate, self-reliant, and resourceful, always finding the answers you seek.
