What You'll Do:
The intern will report directly to the Senior Sales Strategy Business Partner to provide support in all Sales Strategy functions across channels and countries with main focus on evaluating sales and account management performance, improving efficiency through automation and best practices sharing and leading discussions on process improvements and strategy.
Please note that this is a 6-month internship (full-time) based in Barcelona, Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support EMEA in all processes linked to the regular business cadence (e.g. quarterly business planning, monthly pipeline reviews) and help ensuring data accuracy in all processes.
- Support weekly and monthly business performance review, challenge the teams and track progress on associated priorities
- Support accurate data input and adoption of Sales Solutions and associated Sales Effectiveness Processes within the region.
- Ensure data integrity of Salesforce and other Sales Solutions.
- Support new business territory sizing and support new business strategy & action plan
Who You Are:
- Fluent proficiency in English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ideally, a strong proficiency or keen interest in technical skills such as SQL, programming languages, etc.
- Interest and proficiency in analysis and statistics
- Demonstrated track record of cross-functional facilitation and collaboration in a matrix organization
- Ability to foster positive relationships to achieve organizational goals in a multicultural environment
- Expertise in developing and implementing streamlined processes
- Capacity to work autonomously, with meticulous attention to detail, and a high sense of prioritization
