What You'll Do:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Retail Media team, focusing on Customer Onboarding. In this role, you’ll take ownership of improving and scaling the onboarding experience for advertisers using Criteo’s Retail Media Platform. This includes setting the vision for how to best onboard our customers and covers areas such as advertiser registration, account creation, access management and coordination with relevant spend activation flows. Your work will directly impact new advertisers’ ability to quickly and seamlessly begin their advertising journey on Criteo’s platform.
This is an ideal position for a product professional with 4-5 years of experience who is passionate about enhancing user experiences, solving complex challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
What you’ll do
Product Ownership: Define and execute the roadmap for the Customer Onboarding experience, including registration flows, account setup, and user access permissions etc.
User Experience: Partner closely with UX/UI teams to develop seamless, intuitive onboarding processes that cater to customers’ needs and reduce friction.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, legal, and customer success teams to ensure the onboarding process meets business requirements, technical feasibility, and compliance standards.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to identify areas for improvement within the onboarding funnel, leveraging user research, analytics, and feedback to prioritize features.
Continuous Improvement: Actively seek and respond to customer feedback to drive continuous improvement, contributing to increasing number of accounts and faster activation for new accounts.
Documentation & Training: Support documentation of onboarding processes and collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure we offer a streamlined onboarding experience to customers.
Who You Are:
Experience: 4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the advertising, e-commerce, or SaaS industry.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, internally and externally at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Solution-oriented with a passion for improving customer experiences, ability to translate complex/ or ambiguous requirements and business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives, ability to prioritize and execute.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changes in priorities as needed.
Ownership: Autonomous & self-driven, comfortable taking initiative and ownership to grow the business
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of user authentication, access control, and onboarding flows; comfortable working with developers to define technical requirements.
Fluent English speaker, French speaker is a plus
