What You'll Do:

The Customer Account Administration team ensures that:

· customer and contract master data is available and accurate in order to secure smooth billing operations,

· submitted contracts are in line with internal control rules and guidelines of Criteo,

· our “Know Your Customer” Process is effective and alerts are duly escalated to the compliance officer when confirmed.

CAA teams play a critical role in client on-boarding. They are responsible for the creation & control of the financial accounts for new advertising campaigns, which are necessary for triggering invoicing. In this respect, they are collaborating daily with Sales, Sales Support, and Finance teams. They are also responsible for assisting Sales with the registration of Criteo into client’s vendor database, solving issues related to the registration of payment methods or invoicing currency.

CAA teams are also involved in maintaining good relationships with the clients. They maintain accurate information to secure billing and collection (update of PO number, financial contact, Billing Address, etc.). They address the credit & rebill request and initiate refund requests to clear client’s crediting account.

As a Sales Administration assistant, you will in charge of supporting the Sales Admin team in various tasks:

- Create or control automated creation of the financial accounts for new advertising campaigns, which is necessary for triggering invoicing.

- Solve modification requests and issues raised by Sales, Sales Support, and Finance teams. This includes accommodating refunds, solving issues with Credit Card or SEPA registration, enabling specific billing requirements (currency, central billing entity).

- Run controls to ensure billing is performed without issues, among which identifying advertising campaigns not linked to a financial account, missing contracts/insertion orders or purchase orders that could lead the client to reject an invoice.

- Identify and operationalize approaches to deal with complex cases which require non-standard processing, such as, for instance, resellers or test campaigns.

- Define process to identify and solve client master data quality issues, as for example invalid financial contact, or rationalization of financial accounts.

- Perform screening of clients against international sanctions, corruption or money laundering cases once you receive alert on a potential case. Escalate cases to the legal team once you have confirmed an alert is not a false positive.

Who You Are:
