What You'll Do:

Au sein de la Direction Fiscale du Groupe Criteo, vous interviendrez sur des sujets fiscaux variés, tant nationaux qu’internationaux de la fiscalité des entreprises (forte dominante en fiscalité internationale).

Vous participerez tant à des projets structurels du groupe (restructurations, M&A) qu’à des demandes opérationnelles du business.

Vos missions :

  • Assistance et conseils aux régions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) sur l’ensemble des problématiques fiscales (fiscalité des entreprises et prix de transfert)

  • Assistance technique sur des points spécifiques liés à des opérations de croissance externe

  • Assistance sur les taxes liées au secteur du digital

  • Assistance sur les régimes fiscaux liés à la R&D et la propriété intellectuelle (crédit d’impôt recherche, Patent box)

  • Veille réglementaire notamment sur la réforme OCDE et tous les aspects liés au secteur du digital (Piliers 1 et 2 de l’OCDE, Directives Européennes etc.)

  • Assistance dans la mise en place et le suivi de la politique des prix de transfert

  • Contrôles fiscaux

  • Rédaction des documentations prix de transfert

Who You Are:

Votre profil :

Capable d’aborder des problématiques de fiscalité française et internationale et de vous intégrer à la culture « dynamique » d’une société du secteur du digital, vous apporterez votre rigueur, votre capacité d’analyse et de synthèse ainsi que votre sens du résultat.

Ouvert et pragmatique, vous avez envie de profiter de votre stage pour confronter vos acquis à la pratique des entreprises et consolider vos connaissances fiscales.
Vous prendrez en charge des dossiers en gestion déléguée avec l’équipe fiscale du groupe, dans un environnement exigeant et dynamique d’un groupe international côté au NASDAQ.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Formation Bac + 5 : Master 2 Droit Fiscal/DJCE/école de commerce
  • Élève en cours de CRFPA ou déjà à l’EFB (stage PPI)
  • Très bon niveau d'anglais nécessaire (tant à l’écrit ou à l’oral)
  • Une expérience au sein d’une direction fiscale internationale ou au sein d’un cabinet d’avocat à envergure internationale seraient un plus
