What You'll Do:

As a Media Owner Development Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of publisher accounts among our UK clients.
You will be joining a fast-paced environment and client retention together with account growth and your main objectives will be to continue supporting our strategic plan.
You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and upselling as well as post sale communications with our publishers and internal stakeholders.
This position will be responsible for analyzing an assortment of metrics, communicating issues/concerns internally to all parties involved and being the publisher’s “Go-To” person for any questions. You will monitor and optimize existing integrations to help with increasing publisher revenue and margins, along with cultivating a strong and productive relationship with your partners. You will work closely with our internal support teams to provide detailed and insightful reports and optimize campaigns to enhance client’s performances.

  • Provide top level strategic account management to publishers to ensure retention and client satisfaction

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with publisher at all levels

  • Understand publishers’ programmatic strategy and educate on Criteo’s technology

  • Optimize accounts and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue and margin

  • Analyse a wide range of performance metrics and KPI’s to identify personalized solutions on a publisher level

  • Create personalized decks and presentations to drive quarterly business reviews

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience on the Supply side of advertising technology, ecommerce, programmatic

  • Positive and proactive mindset, willing to challenge yourself learning and consulting about the regular changes across the industry

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with persuasive verbal and written communication expertise

  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success

  • Good understanding of the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to understand a complex technological environment

  • Strong organization, time management, project management skills.

  • Able to work effectively across functions/teams,

  • Good team player
