What You'll Do:

What's the Platform Experience Enablers group?

The Platform Experience Enablers group, composed of six agile and human-sized teams, provides reusable building blocks & expertise for UIs and APIs.

CX Factory Team

It is a full-stack team that transforms our self-service ad platforms to exceed client expectations.

Its objectives are:

  • Rapidly prototype the customer-centric initiatives.

  • Improve key performance indicators such as funnel conversion rates and Customer Satisfaction scores by optimizing user journeys and addressing conversion bottleneck.

What You'll Do

Business Strategy & Innovation

  • Partner with Product to identify and prioritize high-ROI improvements

  • Provide technical guidance during design sprints and workshops

  • Develop integration strategies between CX Factory and core development teams

  • Create and track technical success metrics

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on roadmap

  • Champion innovative solutions while maintaining system stability

  • Identify emerging technologies with potential to reshape customer experience

Technical Leadership

  • Architect and implement front-end optimizations across our core solutions platform

  • Lead front-end/full-stack development of Commerce XP POC website and CAIL innovation projects

  • Implement optimizations for Transparent DSP improvements

  • Oversee implementation of successful Hackathon projects

  • Establish coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation

Team Management

  • Build a high-performing team that sets the CX excellence standard

  • Manage resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Who You Are:

  • Strong front-end/full-stack expertise (C# / TypeScript / Angular).

  • Deep user experience sensibility, not simply implementing features and requests pushed by the design team but able to detect when UX improvements are needed.

  • Ability to intervene in the code base from other teams to implement changes without introducing bugs.

  • Develop strong and trustworthy relationships.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Decision-maker focused on speed of delivery.

From the start-up incubator to the global company we are now, Criteo has grown, standing now for 37 offices and further coworking spaces across the globe. In France, we welcome around 1,000 Criteos in our two spacious and collaborative hubs of Paris and Grenoble.
