What You'll Do:
Lead a team of Account Strategists through example, by showing excellence in your current role and delivering consistent achievement against specific aggressive targets
Hire, onboard, training and supervision of new starters
Effectively manage relationships with top advertisers, develop strong relationships with top customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo’s service.
Encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo’s products and services.
Act as ‘point of contact’ for escalation issues
Identify team members’ strengths and areas of development and support their growth
Conduct 121’s with your team members weekly as well as team meetings
Report to your senior management on performance, market conditions, fluctuations in numbers and team growth/development potential or needs
Provide full prospect pipeline management and reporting, budget planning, forecasting, financial administrative coordination
Work collaboratively with internal partners from different departments to ensure excellent client service delivery and team alignment.
Participating and/or leading internal initiatives to drive business to success.

Understanding of the online advertising industry, advanced knowledge of the UK market & ecosystem

Demonstrate authenticity, flexibility and shows genuine humility
Fluent english as a must
