What if, in your next adventure, you were surrounded by people who, like you, think that the sky is the limit, would you care to hear more? You've opened the right door! As a Business Development team, making sure our business grows and thrives is what we strive to do.

What You'll Do:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth in the Nordics and Benelux region. You will be part of a highly skilled and international team, contributing directly to our sales efforts and becoming a part of our Sales talent pool.

Business Development Representatives are responsible for identifying and contacting the right decision makers through cold calling, emailing and leveraging social media tools, like LinkedIn, for prospecting. In this role, you will navigate profile organizational structures and pursue both individual and team goals, analysing data and using them to generate new business opportunities.

This is a great opportunity to join the Benelux & Nordics team where your passion and desire to succeed will be rewarded with significant career transformation.

Daily Tasks:

  • Work with inbound and outbound leads: Identify, contact, qualify, and create new business opportunities.

  • Develop strong product knowledge and learn from colleagues.

  • Build collaborative relationships with your Account Executives where you both strive to win for our business.

  • Create go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Track communication with customers in CRM (Salesforce).

  • Meet quotas and focus on core role development.

Who You Are:

  • Effective communication skills for building influential relationships in a cross-functional environment.

  • High motivation, resilience and ambition to build a career in Sales and at Criteo.

  • Team Player with high level of self-motivation and self-starter attitude.

  • Proficiency in English and Dutch or any Nordic language as a MUST.

  • Proven and relevant working experience in similar roles.

  • Strong prospecting skills (cold-calling, cold-emailing).

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels.

  • BA/BS degree in related field, preferably Business or Marketing.

  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment.

  • Passion for new media, internet trends and continuous learning.

  • Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications.

  • Must be eligible to work in Spain full-time without restriction.

We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
