As the primary IT point of contact for the Limassol office, you will be responsible for asset management, local user support, and providing an excellent experience around collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom. You are comfortable operating solo in a local office while working closely with global IT peers, as well as Workplace and People teams, to support day-to-day operations and ensure employee productivity through reliable and efficient IT services.

Are you well-organized, solutions driven, and passionate about delivering a high standard of support in a fast-paced and collaborative environment? Let us know!

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and track IT inventory, ensuring accurate asset management

  • Set up and support conference rooms, video conferencing and meetings to ensure smooth technology operations

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and support around collaboration tools

  • Manage and respond to support tickets in ServiceNow, escalating issues when necessary

  • Install, update and configure software applications as needed

  • Document issues, solutions and troubleshooting steps in our ticketing system and knowledge base

  • Collaborate with third party vendors when required for onsite interventions

  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and Workplace to provide support on IT projects and rollouts as needed

  • Respect our IT processes and standards

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years’ experience in IT support or service desk roles, with proficiency in ticketing systems and standard support procedures

  • Hands-on experience managing local IT operations and providing regional support

  • Skilled in supporting business leaders, high-profile users, and R&D/engineering teams

  • Comfortable working independently while aligning with global team objectives

  • Experience in asset and device lifecycle management

  • Proficient in video conferencing tools (Zoom, Slack), meeting room tech, and event support

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365

  • Solid understanding of macOS within predominantly Windows environments

  • Familiar with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence

  • Knowledgeable in mobile device management and app/email/MFA configuration

  • Highly organized, multitasker with a proactive, customer-focused approach

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Fluent in English; Russian proficiency is a plus for regional user support

We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
