Criteo Cares is built around 3 Pillars.
The mission of the program is to leverage our company's unique assets for social good and a sustainable environment while fostering a diverse workplace culture where all employees feel they belong and are cared for.
Community Giving is the heart of our program, completely led by employees. They have access to a regional budget for donations, two paid volunteer days off a year and organized events where our employees can give back to the community.
In the same way that we support an open internet, we strive for an open NGO landscape so that employees in every office have the freedom and opportunity to support local organizations that need it the most.
In order to reduce our largest environmental impact, we focus on our data centers, which account for 88% of our total electricity consumption. In 2020, we hope to run all our data centers on renewable energy. We also have many local projects to reduce waste and further initiatives to minimize our carbon footprint through our travel and home office policies, education and awareness campaigns
Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
We take this topic very seriously! Behind every awareness campaign there is a behavioral change initiative. Impacted individuals have the possibility to build communities at Criteo in order to have a voice within the company. DIB is integrated in our Training, Talent Acquisition and Leadership teams to be sure it is part of our DNA.
