Career Development: Building a new career path
Veronica’s story here is a nice example of how Criteo’s Internal Mobility Program – the Voyager – can help you make a smooth transition towards new opportunities.
View MoreCriteo came to spring off of a few great minds, back in 2005. From the start-up incubator to the global company we are now, Criteo has grown, standing now for 37 offices and further coworking spaces across the globe. In Spain, we welcome our Criteos in our bustling office in Barcelona and our long-thriving virtual hub of Madrid. Beyond its renowned warm weather, diverse culture, and dynamic tech scene, Spain is also an amazing place to build a career. Join us to discover how!
We strongly believe that flexibility is essential to remain engaged, efficient, and productive. This is what we kept in mind when designing our Flexible Work Policy based on our values Open, Together, Impactful.
We know the Spanish culture to be one of sharing, so we designed our Barcelona office to reflect this value of openness we also share. What you'll find there is a modern, open-plan workspace built to foster collaboration and stimulate innovation. And let's not forget to mention our breathtaking rooftop terrace where you can have your coffee while enjoying a stunning view of the city. Thanks to its centric location, our Barcelona office is surrounded by local cafes, bars, and other tech offices, and stands just a short walk away from the beach.
Our Criteos working in our virtual hub of Madrid enjoy a nice balance, combining the freedom to work from anywhere in the country while staying strongly connected to their teams and our company's goals. Such a flexible setup enables us to reach out to top talent across Spain and offer them the right conditions for them to thrive.
With regular team events, ongoing learning opportunities, and a culture of collaboration, Criteo is a great place to grow your career in Spain.
Barcelona boasts some of the best weather in Spain, with mild winters and warm summers. It's a great place to enjoy outdoor activities year-round.
Barcelona is an ancient city that's older than Rome, and it's home to the famous Sagrada Familia and other architectural wonders by Antoni Gaudi. The city also gave the world the international book celebration on April 23rd and could have been home to the Eiffel Tower.
Our blog is both made for you and by you! Discover what we stand for as a company in our employees' own words.
