To ensure a valuable and comprehensive internship experience, we prefer a duration of at least 4 to 6 months, allowing interns ample time to integrate and grow within a team. In some countries, such as Brazil, the internship duration may extend up to 12 months.
The selection process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. Please note that there may be some delays during vacation periods.
Absolutely! In addition to your manager, you’ll be paired with a mentor or buddy who will guide you throughout the internship. They will provide the necessary resources and support to help you succeed and answer any questions you may have on a daily basis.
| Yes, interns are encouraged to participate in all office events. We also organize dedicated social and networking events for interns, especially during your onboarding period, to help you connect with your peers and other employees. |
