What You'll Do:

Are you passionate about turning data into impact? At Criteo, our Business Ops Data Enablement team empowers analysts across the globe to make smarter decisions through better data, tools, and collaboration.

With a community of 250+ analysts worldwide, we’ve built a company-wide coordination team to manage analytical expertise, define usage policies, and align teams across regions. Our mission is to ensure that data is used effectively, sustainably, and collaboratively.

As a Data Analyst Intern, you won’t just learn—you’ll contribute. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that connects business and tech, contribute to data pipelines, and builds tools that scale globally. This is your chance to grow your technical skills, gain real-world experience, and make a meaningful difference.

During your internship, you’ll:

  • Build real tools: Learn how to design and improve a platform using Python and SQL
  • Modernize data workflows: Get hands-on experience optimizing SQL-based ETL jobs, making data pipelines faster and more reliable.
  • Bridge business and tech: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into smart, scalable data solutions.
  • Empower a global community: Share best practices, deliver mini-trainings, and support analysts across Americas, APAC, and EMEA.
  • Champion data quality: Learn how to identify and fix data issues, and help define standards for excellence.
  • Grow with mentorship: Be coached by experienced analysts and engineers, and develop your skills in Python, SQL, and more.
  • Leverage LLMs: Develop the skill of writing effective prompts to boost your productivity or improve your code using LLMs like Copilot.

Who You Are:

You’re curious, collaborative, and eager to learn. You don’t need to tick every box, but you should be:

  • Interested in business intelligence and analytics
  • 0–2 years data analysis experience with both technical and analytical components (Data Engineer, Data Analytics, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and tools (e.g. SQL).
  • Familiar with Python or another programming language
  • A problem-solver who enjoys working with data and is detailed
  • Comfortable presenting insights to different audiences
  • A team player who values community and collaboration
  • Fluent in English

We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
